Imtiaz delivered Beach Walk Residence in early 2026, the first residential building completed and handed over on Dubai Islands; Beach Walk II followed, and Beach Walk III is in its finishes. Several homes have a private pool on the balcony. All three are sold out at the developer: homes change hands as resales and rentals.
