Imtiaz Developments was founded in 1993 and is DLD developer no. 1129. It builds with its own contracting company and fits out most units furnished. Propsearch credits it with more than 2,000 units delivered.
Dubai Islands is its biggest cluster: Imtiaz speaks of over 15 projects worth more than AED 6 billion, Khaleej Times of more than 22 developments (June 2026), Property Finder lists 16. Beach Walk Residence, handed over in February–March 2026, was the first residential project handed over on the islands.
