Beyond, the brand Omniyat launched in September 2024, unveiled Siora in December 2025: 6 km of continuous beachfront and more than 1.5 million sq ft of landscaped open space. Hado, its first project, has three towers of 21 storeys (Beyond; Propsearch: 692 homes, 22 storeys).
