Launched by Nakheel in July 2023 with Excelsior Real Estate, the Rixos development combines the Bay Residences & Villas and the Beach Residences (331 homes, per Nakheel) around an all-inclusive Rixos hotel. Residents can use the hotel’s services à la carte.
